Omer Day 41: Foundation in Connection

Today we bring our focus to strengthening foundation and connection for our practice of Yesod within Yesod. We’ll start in mountain pose, focusing on bringing our bodies into alignment, stacked and strong; then move into a seated meditation pose, looking for a similar sense of alignment and strength.

☀️Omer Day 41 practice [26 Iyar 5780 | Wednesday 20 May 2020]☀️

  1. Mountain Pose (2 minutes) — focus on alignment, lengthening through spine, rootedness to the ground; maintain stillness and lengthening for duration of time
  2. Transition to sitting
  3. Seated meditation (4 minutes) — try to create similar lengthening as in mountain pose, bottom rooted to the ground, head elevated through crown; maintain stillness and lengthening for duration of time

🌀Materials🌀

  • Timer
  • Space for practice
